Styles of leadership

Autocratic - Makes all decisions but doesn't take other people's opinions into account.
Democratic - Listens to other's opinions but still has the final decision.
Paternalistic - Concerned with the feelings of others - makes all the decisions but takes workers' feelings into account.
Laissez Faire - No direct control and everyone gets their own way due to laziness or overworked managers.
